		<description>They really are phenomenal. I am a college freshmen, I wrestled all through High School and took 3rd in Maine State Championships at 215 lbs. I have been doing these for about a month or two, usually a few times a week, and the days that I do them I get out 100 in a set and that number is getting easier with ever set.

I have never felt the kind of power, agility, endurance and control that I feel with my legs today. I am a part time coach of my hometowns peewee wrestling team and am looking forward to wrestle competitively this summer. I am looking forward to take this power for a spin on the mat and if -- when I coach full time someday I will surely be implementing this into my practices.

p.s. thank you Matt Furey for giving me so many good bodyweight workouts and piece of mind</description>
